The Hot Tub and accessories referenced above are the property of Hot4Tubs.

The client will use the hot tub at their own risk. Hot4Tubs will not be held responsible for any injuries sustained by the client or their guests when using the hot tub, gazebo (including any gazebo lighting) or chemicals, and the client will indemnify Hot4Tubs and its employees for any actions resulting from injuries to the client or guests.

The client is responsible for the general maintenance of the hot tub/gazebo whilst under their rental agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, keeping the hot tub clean of debris, free from damage, properly maintaining chemicals and general upkeep of the hot tub.

The client is responsible for keeping the hot tub and gazebo secure and damage free whilst in their possession. Any concerns must be reported to Hot4Tubs immediately. The client agrees to refrain from attempting to make any repairs or adjustments to the hot tub equipment/Gazebo or to any of the electrical wiring of the hot tub and associated cables.

The client must immediately notify the company of any repair that the hot tub or gazebo may require. The client is responsible for the full cost that may be due for repair and/or replacement of the hot tub or gazebo that is required as a result of negligence by the client or the client’s occupants or guests. The client must operate the hot tub in accordance with Hot4Tubs instructions (as initially dictated by the manufacturer) and in a safe, responsible manner.

The client is responsible for using chemicals in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and the client must store all chemicals in a safe and secure manner in the storage container provided, out of the reach of children, pets and other potentially vulnerable people.

Hot4Tubs state the client is solely responsible for allowing children to use the hot tub and they must be supervised at all times. No pets of any kind are permitted in the hot tub at any time.

If the client violates any part of this waiver/agreement, the client will then be in default of the lease agreement. In the event of a default, the company may initiate legal proceedings in accordance with local and state regulations to cover the costs incurred as well as seek judgment against the client for any monies owed to Hot4Tubs as a result of the clients default.

Hot4Tubs will not be held responsible for any damage to the client’s property or neighbouring properties resulting from supplying/placement/presence of the hot tub/gazebo or other supplied accessories. Any damage sustained to property, including but not limited to; grass, wooden decking, paving slabs etc. then the client will indemnify Hot4Tubs completely.

The client must ensure their desired electricity supply to the hot tub, including but not limited to household wiring and power sockets is of a suitable and good standard to power the hot tub, 240v 13amp inc. a 2 kW In-Line heater. No third party extension leads must be used.

DO NOT remove or relocate the gazebo, any gazebo ratchet straps, anchor points or sand bags, unless authorised by Hot4Tubs.

DO NOT hang any objects from the gazebo frame, gazebo roof or gazebo side panels.

DO NOT allow any person to climb or swing from the gazebo frame.

DO NOT Smoke whilst in the Gazebo.

Do check the gazebo security/ anchor points daily as initially advised & demonstrated by hot4tubs. Where appropriate these include; gazebo foot pegs, ratchet straps, corkscrew ground anchors, sand/weight bags & decking anchors. Notify Hot4Tubs IMMEDIATELY if you have any concerns.

Any damage caused to the gazebo or loss of gazebo/gazebo accessories will need to be paid for by the client and may lead to pursuing a claim via the small claims court.

Hot4Tubs may refuse to supply gazebos, even when pre-arranged, if during the booking period strong winds are either present or forecast.

DO NOT allow young children to use the hot tub unsupervised.

DO NOT have any electrical objects near the hot tub.

DO NOT add any detergent/soap/bubble bath or any other item to the hot tub other than the chemicals provided by Hot4Tubs.

DO NOT consume alcohol whilst using the hot tub.

DO NOT use glasses/glass bottles of any description in the hot tub. Plastic cups are suitable.

DO NOT enter the hot tub with clothes on, only use suitable swimming attire.

DO NOT enter the hot tub with shoes on or any other sharp objects.

DO NOT dive into the hot tub.

DO NOT sit on the hot tub cover.

DO NOT Smoke whilst in the hot tub.

DO NOT use BBQ’s in or around the gazebo.

DO NOT allow the water level to drop below the top of the filter.

DO shower before entering the hot tub.

DO put something down to wash or wipe your feet on before entering the hot tub.

DO clean the filters as instructed.

DO keep the water level topped up as instructed. 

DO add chemicals as instructed.

DO keep the thermal cover on when not in use.

Pregnant women must seek medical advice before using a hot tub.

Any damage caused to the hot tub will need to be paid for by the client and may lead to pursuing a claim via the small claims court.

The client is responsible for keeping the hot tub secure and damage free whilst in their possession.

DO NOT use any confetti cannons/confetti poppers or similar, it will clog up the flow to the hot tubs pump and you will be charged an extensive cleaning fee of £50 minimum.

Full & clear access of the hot tub, gazebo and any other supplied equipment must be provided upon request, failure to allow access on collection will lead to a charge of an extended hire fee.

You will be shown how to maintain the water and keep it clean for pleasant bathing. If the water becomes dirty through not following the provided guidelines which in turn clogs up the heater pump then we will not be held responsible for the hot tub cutting out and not working correctly. If we are available we will come out to fix such issues at a fixed call out cost of £50 to you the customer.

 

Its the clients responsibility to ensure sufficient access is available to locate the hot tub into its desired position.

 

Its the clients responsibility to ensure that the desired location of the hot tub has adequate space available.

 

Deposits are required to secure a booking and are non-refundable.

Deposit amounts may vary for periods such as Christmas and New Year.

 

Bookings that are made during special offer periods to which the hire period is then deferred to an alternative date, are liable to Hot4Tubs full pricing and not the special offer pricing.
